Bhagavad Gita - Chapter 1- Stanza 25 & 26 | Bhagavad Gita Series<br /><br />Don't forget to Share, Like & Comment on this video<br /><br />Subscribe Our Channel Artha : https://goo.gl/22PtcY <br /><br />1 In the next verse, Lord Krishna calls Arjuna with the name Partha which stands for Son of Prutha (Kunti).<br /><br />2 The twenty-fifth stanza says;<br />|| Bhisma - Drona - Pramukhatah Sarvesham Cha Mahi-Kshitam<br />Uvacha Partha Pashyaitan Samavetan Kurun Iti ||<br /><br />3 This stanza can be roughly translated as;<br />In the presence of Bhishma, Dronacharya and all the other kings, Shree Krishna said, O Partha behold these members of the Kuru dynasty assembled here.<br /><br />4 The twenty-sixth stanza is as follows;<br />|| Tatrapasyat Stithitan Parthah Pitrn Atha Pitamahan<br />Acharyan Matulan Bhratrn Putran Pautran Sakhims Tatha<br />Shvashuran Suhrdash Caiva Senayor Ubhayor Api ||<br /><br />5 The rough translation of this stanza is; <br />From his position between both the parties, Arjuna could clearly see before him, his fathers, grandfathers, teachers, maternal uncles, brothers, sons, grandsons, friends and also well-wishers.<br /><br />6 On the battlefield of Kurukshetra, Arjuna could see all kinds of relatives.
